Are your products original?

Yes - We source and test our products from reliable vendors around the world before they are displayed on the website. A percentage of our products are designed in-house and provide you with customer satisfaction guarantee. All products are inspected before they are packaged and sent out to you. 

Be rest assured that all products undergo quality control and as customers, we understand what it means to buy and have the best items delivered to your doorstep.

How do I get more information about the products?

There are 3 ways to reach out if you have an enquiry or feedback:

- You can initiate a chat with us at anytime using the Chat widget and someone from the team would be happy to assist you. 

- You can also leave us an email using the Contact Us page and allow up 24 hours for a response. Our email address is customersupport@sanyandel.com

- Thirdly, You can leave us a DM on Instagram @sanyandel and allow up to 1 hour for a response.

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer Worldwide shipping.

How much is the shipping cost?

We are currently offering Free Shipping on all worldwide orders over $60. If otherwise stated, our shipping cost and estimated delivery times can be found here.

What are your shipping options and how long do I have to wait for delivery?

We currently offer tracked standard and express shipping to all of our customers depending on your location. Items are typically shipped out within 3 days except otherwise stated. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided, once your shipping has been processed.

**Note: Unexpected factors beyond our control such as the present pandemic, international customs and holidays MAY impact delivery times. Please contact us if delivery is taking longer than expected and we will work with you to track the location of the package. We thrive to provide you with the best customer service for that added satisfaction.

Can I cancel/change my order after I've made a purchase on the website? 

 Yes - You can make changes or cancel your order anytime before your package gets shipped, usually within 24 - 72 hours. You would be eligible for a full refund if you contact us early.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes after order has been shipped. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

What if my order arrives damaged? 

In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please follow our Shipping & Returns Policy and contact us within the first 3 - 5 days of receiving your package.

Our products are currently being shipped from USA, Australia and Europe. We hope to expand to more locations closer to you soon.
