RETURNS

Unfortunately, at the moment, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we do not receive returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns
Our RETURNS & EXCHANGE policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange on the product(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ALL Swim wears and sunglasses purchased CANNOT be returned for hygienic reasons. Please ensure to use our size chart or contact our friendly San Yandel Glam team for specific sizing.

To complete your return, we require a clear legible receipt or proof of purchase. If after all checks, a return is approved, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange depending on your preference (as long as the item is in stock or available for pre-order).

Please send your purchase back to the address on your packing slip. This can be found in the packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged by you, we reserve the right to deny your return and exchange. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition, we will proceed with processing your exchange item.



Refunds (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AT THIS TIME AFTER WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR PRODUCT.
Please ensure to use size chart or contact our friendly San Yandel Glam team for specific sizing.

We would be pleased to provide satisfaction through our products and services while you shop with us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We may only replace items if they do not fit as expected, are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, a photo evidence MUST be provided when you send us an email at customersupport@sanyandel.com. Once approved, you can send your item to the address specified in your packing slip.

You can also contact us to get the Return address.
Please keep in mind that the shipping and delivery process remains the same.

Don't want the same item you purchased? You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we will send them back to you at no extra charge. Your exchange item would only be sent after we receive your returned item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement item costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know at customersupport@sanyandel.com when you have made the purchase 

If the replacement item is less expensive than total cost of the original item, a store credit will be credited with the remainder cost of the item. This includes the shipping fee.


Shipping

To return your product (if approved), you should mail your product to the address specified on your packing slip.
You can also contact us to get the Return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and hold NO RESPONSIBILITY.
