Unfortunately, at the moment, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we do not receive returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns
Our RETURNS & EXCHANGE policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange on the product(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ALL Swim wears purchased CANNOT be returned for hygienic reasons. Please ensure to use our size chart or contact our friendly San Yandel Glam team for specific sizing.

To complete your return, we require a clear legible receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase back to the address on your packing slip. This can be found in the packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AT THIS TIME AFTER WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR PRODUCT.

We would be pleased to provide satisfaction through our products and services while you shop with us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they do not fit as expected, are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, a photo evidence MUST be provided when you send us an email at san.yandelapparels@gmail.com and send your item to the address specified in your packing slip.
You can also contact us to get the Return address.
Please keep in mind that the shipping and delivery process remains the same.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address specified on your packing slip.
You can also contact us to get the Return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and hold NO RESPONSIBILITY.
